Some Toronto Water services and programs are affected by the Canada Post labour disruption. An overview by program or service can be found below.

Residents who have test results over 10ppb will receive a phone call from Toronto Water. If your test result is under 10ppb, you will receive a letter in the mail following the end of the service disruption. You can also email leadpipes@toronto.ca to request that your test result letter be emailed to you.

Approved applicants to the program can request to have their free faucet filter kit delivered by emailing leadpipes@toronto.ca. Kits can also be picked up at 275 Merton St., between Monday-Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm Please email prior to arriving. If you do not pick up or delivery of your faucet filter kit, it will be mailed to you following the service disruption.
