	Description	For the supply of all labour, equipment and material necessary to carry out State of Good Repair and upgrades at the Jimmie Simpson Recreation Centre.

	Description	Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Nathan Phillips Square Revitalization Project. The RFP required that the detailed written proposals include a separate, sealed cost envelope. Awarding of this contract is authorized under the Municipal Code, Chapter 195-16, Extended Authority of the Bid Committee. This award will be reported to the Government Management Committee by the Director of Purchasing and Materials Management.
