The Committee of Revision elected Councillor Del Grande as its Chair.

Summary

The Committee of Revision will elect its Chair from its Members, in accordance with the Terms of Reference adopted by City Council on May 26 and 27, 2008.

Deputy Mayor Pantalone nominated Councillor Del Grande as Chair of the Committee of Revisions.


Motion to Close Nominations (Carried)

The Clerk called three times for further nominations.  No further nominations were made and the Clerk declared the nominations closed.

 

The Clerk declared Councillor Del Grande Chair of the Committee of Revision, for a term of office ending November 30, 2010.

Committee Decision

The Committee of Revision:

 

1.         Denied the appeal from Mr. and Mrs. Letort and confirmed the special charges to be applied to the tax rolls for their property for a completed local improvement, being the City’s acquisition of a lane south of St. Clair Avenue West, extending westerly from Spring Grove Avenue, between 34 and 36 Spring Grove Avenue.

 

2.         Denied the appeal from Mr. Folino and confirmed the special charges to be applied to the tax rolls for their property for a completed local improvement, being the City’s acquisition of a lane south of St. Clair Avenue West, extending westerly from Spring Grove Avenue, between 34 and 36 Spring Grove Avenue.

 

3.         Denied the appeal from Mr. Villatoro and confirmed the special charges to be applied to the tax rolls for their property for a completed local improvement, being the City’s acquisition of a lane south of St. Clair Avenue West, extending westerly from Spring Grove Avenue, between 34 and 36 Spring Grove Avenue.
