Effective October 10, 2020, some City-run recreation and instructional programs are suspended for the remainder of the year, to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Service changes are outlined on the City's COVID-19 webpage.

Suitable for all levels, these classes use culturally-inspired music and dance movements to create a dynamic and exciting aerobic workout. Participants get a fun, total-body workout that improves rhythm, burns calories and strengthens muscles. Some classes may include muscle conditioning.
