Early child fitness classes are designed for children 5 years old and under. Classes will include a warm-up, basic fitness moves and a cool down.
This is an outdoor fitness class which may have cardio and/or conditioning components with options for different levels of intensity.
Classes designed for the specific needs after pregnancy. New moms / caregivers can participate with their babies in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Walk Fit is an outdoor, instructor led, fitness program that takes place within various City parks. Participants walk at their individual pace and stationary exercises are incorporated throughout the walk. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
