Yoga is a popular fitness program that can improve flexibility, strength and muscle tone. Participants are lead through a series of poses/postures while paying attention to their breath. Regular users may find that yoga prevents pain, increases body awareness and reduces stress.

Yoga - Adult

A series of postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles. Various styles are offered. Participants are required to bring their own mat.
