On-Street Mini Hubs
Mini-Hubs which are located in the right-of-way are regulated by the City of Toronto. Courier companies who wish to operate a Mini-Hub in the right-of-way can email.

Off-Street Mini Hubs
The City of Toronto runs a separate program for Mini Logistics Hubs that are located ‘off-street’ (outside of the public right of way). The Off-Street Mini Hub program is operated by the Toronto Parking Authority.
