These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, offer instruction in a variety of dance forms such as cultural and tap.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 13-24, offer instruction in a variety of dance forms such as breakdance, cultural and salsa.

Piano/keyboard courses taught in group setting.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, fall within visual arts area that may include drawing, painting, and pottery.

CampTO is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants will enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports and more while making new friends. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

This camp is for 4 and 5 year olds.

The Extended Hours option provides supervised care before and/or after camp for children registered in City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation camp sessions.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular exercise that use large muscle groups. Classes may include music and dance movements to create an aerobic workout. Most classes will also include a muscle conditioning component. Small equipment may be used.

Programs may include: Zumba; HIIT: Boot Camp; Cardio Dance: Bollywood; and Cardio Dance: Hip Hop.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes focus on muscle strengthening and endurance with no cardio component. Classes may be specific to certain areas of the body and may use equipment such as bars, stability balls, hand weights and exercise bands.

Programs may include: Body Strength, Mobility and Strength: Chair, and Stretch and Strength.

Classes include exercises that focus on strengthening core muscle groups.

Enjoy the benefits of improved health, relief of stress and concentrated relaxation. Emphasis is on general health and fitness through the development of slow and controlled movements in a fixed sequence.

Various styles are offered which may include: Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Classes include exercises that focus on a series of postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles.

Cooking programs teach participants the basics of how to measure and combine ingredients while making delicious and nutritious recipes that consider Canada's Food Guide. There is a variety of interest-specific cooking courses available that focus on a particular technique such as baking or recipes from a specific culture. The City of Toronto and its staff cannot guarantee that the foods or supplies within its cooking programs is free of allergens. A recreation program that develops children's physical literacy, fine and gross motor skills through instruction, active and creative play. The program helps children build a foundation for sports and/or arts.

Instructional Basketball programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Basketball skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Recreational Basketball programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Basketball program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.
