It is the Unanimous Decision of the Committee of Adjustment to Grant the
requested Minor Variances, subject to the following Conditions:

** The Outdoor Display of Vehicles for Sale or Lease is Prohibited.

** The reason for the Decision is that, in the opinion of the Committee of
Adjustment, the Variances requested, subject to the above condition, are
Minor in nature, are desirable for the appropriate development and use
of the subject property and do maintain the general intent and purpose
of the Zoning Code and the Official Plan.
