This Decision is Subject to the Following Condition(s):

(1) A barrier shall be installed on the West Side of the Property to the
satisfaction of the abutting neighbour at 911 Davenport Road.

(2) The West Wall on the Second Floor be constructed two layers of half inch
dry wall instead of the required one layer.

(3) The Hours for Playing Music be Restricted to 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
daily and at a Volume that will not impinge on quality of home life of surrounding neighbours.
