With all the additional details including special committee meetings, printing a month of this detailed meeting schedule is possible, but there are often too many details to neatly fit on one page. City Council has approved the 2012 calendar of meetings but that does not mean there will not be changes and additions to times, dates, locations as well as the addition of new committees and sub-committees. Rescheduled meetings, added special meetings, and cancellations happen on a regular basis and do not require further City Council approval. As soon as changes occur, they are reflected in real-time in the on-line City Council Meeting Schedule.
