NEWSCity Council Approves the 2016 Schedule of MeetingsAt its September 30, October 1 and 2 meeting, City Council approved Item ST6.2 - 2016 Schedule of Meetings. This report recommended the 2016 meeting schedule for Council and its Standing Committees. This schedule includes previously City Council aproved dates for the consideration and approval of the 2016 Capital and Operating Budgets: Executive Committee Item EX5.18 - Recommended Multi Year Service Based Planning and Budgeting Process. Section 27-25 of Council Procedures By-law requires the City Clerk to recommend to the Striking Committee an annual schedule for regular meetings of Council and committees. All other committees will schedule their meetings for the coming year in relation to this approved schedule.
