Members' Attendance and Voting Records available onlineWe have made it easier to review the attendance and voting records of Members of Toronto City Council at Committee and Council meetings. We have been posting attendance and voting records online as part of the meeting minutes since 1999. Now, however, you can easily generate the records for individual members of Council, and even download them as comma-separated values (.csv) files. To run a report and review the results: The attendance and voting records won't appear in tabular form until the draft minutes for a meeting have been published, so there will be a delay of several days after a meeting. The attendance and voting records are available in this new format from 2010 onward. These datasets are part of our ongoing commitment to proactive disclosure and the open data project at www.toronto.ca/open These new reports complement the publication of Members' expense reports and election finance reports that are also published by the City Clerk's Office. To review any of these reports, just follow the links: If you have any questions, please contact us at clerk@toronto.ca |
