During the Canada Post disruption, please do not mail your Provincial Offences payment; payments can be made online or in person at one of our locations (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

If you wish to request a trial you may do that online using Court Case Look Up or attend in person.

For automated speed enforcement or red light camera tickets with a violation date on or before January 19, 2025, use court case lookup to pay or dispute your ticket. As of January 20, 2025 and onward, the City has launched a new administrative penalty lookup.
