What you need:
- Valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express
- Offence number as indicated on the Offence Notice or Notice of Fine and Due Date
- Date of the offence
An administrative fee will be charged per transaction for this service. If your driver's licence has been suspended or your vehicle plate renewal has been denied, there will be a minimum delay of five (5) business days for the Ministry of Transportation to remove these restrictions.

Payment of defaulted fines
Uncertified cheques are not be accepted for payment of defaulted Provincial Offences Act (POA) fines. A defaulted fine is a fine that has not been paid by its due date as indicated in the Notice of Fine and Due Date. Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), debit cards, cash, certified cheques and money orders will be accepted.
Payments for defaulted fines can be made:
- Online 24 hours a day.
- In person at one of the City of Toronto's three Provincial Offences court locations: 137 Edward Street, 1530 Markham Road or 2700 Eglinton Avenue West.

Refunds
You may be entitled to a refund if any of the following situations apply:
- If your payment exceeded the fine amount.
- If the fine was paid more than once.
- If your request for an appeal was granted.
- If a deposit made for transcript production is in excess of actual cost.
If you feel you are entiltled for a refund, please contact the court office as indicated on the back of your ticket. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process depending on the nature of the refund.
