Background: We are forwarding a copy of our management letter addressed to the Commissioner, Community and Neighbourhood Services, containing comments on systems and procedures arising from the 1997 audits of the Division. We have reviewed the response from the Commissioner and are satisfied that the actions contemplated are appropriate.
