City Council, at its meeting held on May 13 and 14, 1998, referred the following Motion to the Corporate Services Committee for consideration: Moved by:Councillor Bossons Seconded by:Councillor Chong "BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Solicitor be requested to draft a by-law which would ensure that no natural, Federal or Provincial law shall apply except by permission of Toronto City Council."
