		September 25, 1998 To:Corporate Services Committee At the meeting of the Committee on the Status of Women on September 17, 1998, the Committee endorsed Councillor Sherene Shaw's call for the introduction of a harmonized policy regarding workplace harassment. The Committee is familiar with the policy and process in place at the former City of Toronto, which applies to anyone associated with the City. The Committee recommends that this particular approach be considered by the new City Council.
