Recommending that the Solicitor for Etobicoke be instructed to draft a by-law designating "Formula Court" as the new street name for a proposed road allowance within a new subdivision, upon registration of the plan of subdivision.

 

4. APPEAL OF COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT DECISION - LOUIS AND MAUREEN ZUBOWSKI, 42 SUNNYDALE DRIVE

Recommending that staff and legal representation not be provided for an appeal regarding 42 Sunnydale Drive.

 

 

5. REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM PART-LOT CONTROL - LYNDSBOROUGH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION/PAPKO ELECTRIC CO. LTD., 280 DALESFORD ROAD

Recommending that

 

(1) the request for exemption from Part-Lot Control by Lyndsborough Development Corporation/Papko Electric Co. Ltd. for an 11-unit freehold townhouse development at 280 Dalesford Road be approved, and that the necessary by-law be prepared by the appropriate staff/authority to be forwarded to Toronto Council;

 

(2) prior to the adoption of the exempting by-law by Toronto Council, any outstanding matters related to the 11-unit freehold townhouse development be resolved to the satisfaction of the Works Department, Urban Development and the Solicitor for Etobicoke.

 

 

6. AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE - D. SUD & SONS, WESTWAY PLAZA, 1735 KIPLING AVENUE

Recommending that the application by D. Sud & Sons for amendment to the Zoning Code to permit a full range of commercial uses in Building ‘D’ be the subject of a Public Meeting to obtain the views of interested parties and, if approved, the conditions outlined in this report be fulfilled. It is further recommended that the request to introduce restaurant uses into Building ‘E’ be refused.

 

 

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE OFFICIAL PLAN AND ZONING CODE - FORMER CITY OF ETOBICOKE - WEST SIDE OF ISLINGTON AVENUE, BETWEEN ORRELL AVENUE AND RIVERBANK DRIVE

Recommending that a public meeting be held in connection with proposed Official Plan and Zoning Code amendments with respect to increasing the minimum size of lots in the area located on the west side of Islington Avenue, between Orrell Avenue and Riverbank Drive.
