Purpose:
An application has been received from Sterling Recycling Limited to amend the Industrial Class 2 (I.C2) zoning to permit
the existing plastic recycling plant to continue legally at 31 Goodmark Place.
Recommendation:
It is recommended that this report be received for information and processing of the application continue.
Reason for application:
Recycling is not permitted in the I.C2 zone.

date following receipt of the staff report.
