Background: The purpose of this report is to keep the Community Council and City Council apprised of all new development applications (rezoning/official plan amendment, site plan approval, condominium and subdivision) as they are received by this Department. Please note that the format and timing of this report will be changing, consistent with the practises throughout the City.
