Purpose:
The purpose of this report is to report on the status of the current development applications that will appear before the East York Community Council.

Recommendation:
It is recommended that this report be received for information.
Background:
A number of development applications were received by the former Borough of East York which have not yet had statutory public meetings under the Planning Act. To date, no additional new applications have been received by the new City of Toronto in the former East York Planning Area.
Discussion:
The following table provides a brief summary of the current development applications awaiting statutory public meetings under the Planning Act, or applications that have been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
