Tuckey Director, Community Planning North District Office Subject:Proposed Zoning By-law L & A International Management Limited 11 William Carson Crescent UDZ-97-32 Ward 9 - North York Centre South Purpose: An objection has been received to zoning by-law application UDZ-97-32 from Adam J. Brown, solicitor for the applicant, L & A International Management Limited. The proponent's solicitor has filed an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in order to expedite the scheduling of a hearing should someone object to the zoning by-law. It is anticipated that the zoning by-law will be on the October 1, 1998 Council agenda provided they have obtained site plan approval. A copy of the appeal letter sent to the Ontario Municipal Board is attached to this report. Recommendation: It is recommended that this report be received for information purposes.
