Purpose:
Appeals of official plan and zoning by-law amendment application UDOZ-95-21 and
subdivision application UDSB-1224 have been filed by Stephen H. Diamond, solicitor for the
applicant, Greatwise Developments Corporation.
The applicant's solicitor has filed the appeals on the grounds that the Council of the City of
Toronto has refused or failed to approve the official plan amendment, zoning by-law
amendment, and plan of subdivision.
Copies of the appeal letters sent to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Ontario
Municipal Board and the City Clerk are attached to this report.
