This is an application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit residential and related uses on vacant Ontario Hydro corridor lands which have been purchased by Graywood Investments Limited. Draft plans of subdivision are anticipated.

This is an application by Michele, Maria & Peter DiCiero at 4 Lochleven Drive (Scarborough Village) to rezone their lot from Highway Commercial to Residential to permit the construction of a semi-detached dwelling. A companion consent application has been submitted. The existing dwelling on the property is to be demolished.

PMG Planning Consultants has submitted an Official Plan Amendment to amend the policy within the Port Union Village Secondary Plan which requires that a minimum 2.6 ha of land shall be made available for new schools for both the Public and Separate School Boards in combination with a minimum 3.2 ha community park. The applicants are proposing that a minimum of 2.4 ha be available for new schools and the community park have an area of 2.6 ha.
