Goodman Phillips and Vineberg has submitted Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications in order to permit the development of a Home Depot store at the south-east corner of Eglinton Avenue and McCowan Road. The proposed development would consist of an approximately 10 500 square metre (113 000 square foot) home improvement centre and a 2 540 square metre (27 341 square foot) garden centre.
