To advise Scarborough Community Council of New Applications received.

The following new applications have been received during the four week period ending March 10, 1998.

SZ98005 Eglinton Avenue and McCowan Road

Scarborough City Centre

 

Goodman Phillips and Vineberg has submitted Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications in order to permit the development of a Home Depot store at the south-east corner of Eglinton Avenue and McCowan Road. The proposed development would consist of an approximately 10 500 square metre (113 000 square foot) home improvement centre and a 2 540 square metre (27 341 square foot) garden centre.
