Recommendations:
It is recommended that the following be appointed to the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for an 18 month term, commencing January 1, 1998.

- Mr. David Warren
- Dr. Donald Layne
Background:
The Zoological Society of Metropolitan Toronto nominated the above noted candidates to the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo at its meeting of the Board of Directors on 14 January 1998.
