Subject:Pollution Probe - GTA Transit Summit Project - Final Report

At its meeting on July 6, 1998, the Board of Directors of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund gave consideration to a communication (February 28, 1998) from K.B. Ogilvie, Executive Director, Pollution Probe, forwarding a final report titled, "Trans-Action '98 - An Action Plan for a Modal Shift to Transit in the Greater Toronto Area", prepared by Mr. Dave Roberts for Pollution Probe.

The Board requested that a copy of the final report be forwarded, for information, to the Urban Development and Environment Committee, the Environmental Task Force, the Mayors of the GTA through Mayor Hazel McCallion, Mr. Alan Tonks, Chair, Greater Toronto Services Board, and that it also be placed on the TAF website.
