		RE: 2 ENNERDALE ROAD - INSTALLATION OF A BENCH AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY Councillor Joe Mihevc, Ward 28, York - Eglinton The property owned by the former City of York at 2 Ennerdale Avenue is on a ver steep hill. Many area residents have difficulty making it up the entire hill without taking a rest. I believe it would be appropriate for a bench to be installed at the top of the hill to allow area residents to take a rest after climbing the hill. Also, if city staff cannot arrange to keep the grass cut at this location, it may be appropriate for the former York to pay an area resident to maintain the upkeep of this property. I would ask that staff investigate and report back on the above two issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
