Purpose:
This report provides information on appeals of Committee of Adjustment applications.

It is recommended that this report be received.
Background:
(1) Application CA-97-108 - 55 St. Marks Road (See Appendix A and B attached)
Variances approved by the Committee to permit a residential addition have been appealed by a neighbour.
(2) Application CA-97-189, 190, and 191- 15 Winfield Avenue (See Appendix C and D attached)
Committee=s refusal of a consent to create a new residential lot and its refusal of variances to retain the existing house and build a new house have been appealed by the applicant.
(3) Application CA-97-198 3 Strathearn Road (See Appendix E and F attached)
Committee=s refusal of a consent to create a new residential lot has been appealed by the applicant.
Comments:
The Development Services Department has reviewed the appeals. There is no matter of significance to Council policy and staff need not attend at the Ontario Municipal Board Hearings on these applications.
Conclusions:
It is recommended that this report be received.
