For information, advising that the Board having been advised by counsel for the City of Toronto that the conditions attached to the Board=s disposition of December 17, 1996 concerning matters (1) to (5) have been addressed to the satisfaction of the City of Toronto (former City of Toronto and former City of York) and the Board Orders that Amendment Number 110 (Board File 0920064) to the Official Plan is modified as set out in the Board=s disposition of December 17, 1996, and as modified is hereby approved; that the Board orders that the appeals are allowed in part and By-law 2366-91 (Board File R920171 is hereby amended as set out in the Board=s disposition of December 17, 1996; that the Board orders that in all other respects, the appeals are dismissed; and that the Board further orders that the appeal for an order to amend Zoning By-law 438-86 (Board File Z910249 is allowed and the by-law is amended in the manner set out and attached hereto as Schedule AA@, and that the City Clerk is authorized to assign a number to the zoning by-law for record keeping purposes.
