		8.INCREASING FINES FOR GARBAGE RELATED INFRACTIONS. Councillor Bill Saundercook, Ward 27, York-Humber, Chair, York Community Council (August 28, 1998) Could you please put the following item on the agenda for the next York Community Council Meeting. Thank you. WHEREAS garbage being left out on the street all week is a health hazard for all residents in the former City of York; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Works staff be asked to report back to York Community Council on doubling fines for all garbage related infractions.
