		12.ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND TRAFFIC CALMING Ward 27, York-Humber and Ward 28, York-Eglinton. Councillor Joe Mihevc, Ward 28, York-Eglinton (September 17, 1998) Councillors and Works Staff may recall that the former City of York had a policy stating whenever roads and sidewalks were to be reconstructed, staff would examine the feasibility and desirability of installing traffic calming devices at these locations. Given the new City and staff changes, I would like to move a motion to reaffirm this policy for the York Community Council area. Thank you.
