		13.PLANTER BOXES ON STREETS, Ward 28, York-Eglinton. Councillor Joe Mihevc, Ward 28, York-Eglinton (September 23, 1998) I have received complaints about the planter box at the intersection of Barrie Avenue and Winona Drive. These boxes have been moved a number of times, and once moved, allow for access where prohibited. I am hereby requesting that staff look at more permanent options to restrict the traffic flow. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
