		8.ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVE - RESERVE ACCOUNT. Ward 27, York-Humber and Ward 28, York-Eglinton. Councillor Joe Mihevc, Ward 28, York-Eglinton (October 19, 1998) I would ask that Parks staff report on the feasibility of hiring two students per York Ward,using the $10,000.00 reserve account, to poll residents on the following environmental initiatives: (1) having their downspout disconnected; (2) having a tree planted on their property; and (3) using a composter and blue/grey box. Once polled, the following environmental initiatives can be implemented. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
