To amend the former City of Toronto Municipal Code Ch. 400, Traffic and Parking, Schedule XXVI (Permit Parking), by adding a new Part XX respecting Manning Avenue.
WHEREAS in order to provide for permit parking between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 9:45 a.m. on Manning Avenue it is necessary to create a new Part XX of Schedule XXVI (Permit Parking) of former City of Toronto Municipal Code Ch. 400, Traffic and Parking;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Municipal Code Ch. 400, Traffic and Parking, of the former City of Toronto is amended as follows:
A. By deleting in
'' 400-38B and 400-38D(1) "VV or WW" and replacing it with "VV, WW or XX".
B. By inserting in
'' 400-38E the following:
"Part XX 12:00 midnight to 9:45 a.m."
C. By deleting in
' 400-38G(2)(a) "VV and WW" and replacing it with "VV, WW and XX".
D. By deleting from Part P in Schedule XXVI (Permit Parking) in
' 400-79, the following in alphabetical order by street name:
