The Council of The City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 

1. Schedule XIII (One-Way Traffic Lanes) of the former Metropolitan By-law No. 32-92, as amended, is further amended by inserting the following words and figures in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the said Schedule:

To amend Scarborough Zoning By-law No. 24982 with respect to the

Oakridge Employment District.

 

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law;

 

AND WHEREAS Council of the former City of Scarborough has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;

 

Now, therefore, the Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 

1. Schedule AA@ of the Oakridge Employment District is amended by deleting the current zoning and substituting the following zoning as shown on Schedule A1" attached to this by-law.

2. Schedule AC@ to Scarborough By-law No. 24982, EXCEPTIONS LIST, is amended by adding Exception Number 219 as follows:
