A By-law to amend City of North York By-law 30901, as amended.

 

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

 

1. That Schedule AA@ of City of North York By-law 30901, as amended, be and the

same is hereby further amended by adding to the columns MUNICIPAL ADDRESS - DEVIATION PERMITTED - CONDITIONS, the following:

30 Florida Crescent in the Community of North York.

 

 

 

 

The chain link fence located along the north and west property lines may be maintained with 5.08m (2 inch) wire mesh.

 

 

The fence be maintained in compliance with the fence by-law in all other respects.

 

Any gaps in the cedar hedge which acts to screen the chain link fence be planted with new cedar hedging.

 

The cedar hedge be maintained in a healthy growing condition.

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law;

 

AND WHEREAS Council of the former City of Scarborough has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;

 

Now, therefore, the Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
