BY-LAW No.
To dedicate certain lands on Kingston Road for
the purposes of a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described have been acquired by the City of Toronto for
highway purposes.
Now, therefore, the Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. The lands described in Schedule "A", hereto attached are hereby dedicated as a public
highway and declared to form part of Kingston Road.
2. The said Schedule "A", hereto attached, shall form part of this By-law.

DESCRIPTION OF LANDS
In the City of Toronto (formerly the City of Scarborough), being composed of those lands
designated as a Part on a Reference Plan, being deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Metropolitan Toronto (No. 64), all according to the following table:
