BILL NO. 134



BY-LAW





to amend Scarborough Zoning By-law No. 10827 with respect to the

Highland Creek Community



WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law; and whereas Council of the former City of Scarborough has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;



The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:



1. Schedule "A" is amended with respect to the land shown outlined on Schedule "1" by deleting Performance Standards 6, 24, 26, 37, 50 and 66 and substituting Performance Standards 1, 99, 118 and 138, so that the amended Zoning shall read as follows:

S - 1 - 31 - 44 - 99 - 118

S - 1 - 44 - 99 - 118 - 138



2. Schedule "C", EXCEPTIONS LIST, is amended as follows:



Exception No. 35 is amended by adding the lands identified with a heavy line on the accompanying Schedule "2".



Exception No. 15 is amended by deleting the lands identified with a heavy line on the accompanying Schedule "2".
