To amend chapters 320 and 324 of the Etobicoke Zoning Code with respect to
certain lands located on the West side of Islington Avenue, between Orrell
Avenue and Riverbank Drive. (Etobicoke)
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Notwithstanding Section 320.55 B of the Zoning Code, the minimum lot area for any new
lot created on the lands zoned First Density Residential (R1) as described in Schedule 'A'
annexed hereto shall be 1800 m2.
2. Chapter 324, Site Specific of the Zoning Code, is hereby amended to include reference to this
by-law by adding the following to Section 324-1, Table of Site Specific By-laws:
