		Authority: Intended for first presentation to Council: Adopted by Council: CITY OF TORONTO Bill No. 137 BY-LAW No. To amend City of Etobicoke By-Law 1980-69 to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers WHEREAS Section XIX of the Municipal Act provides for penalties and enforcement of by-laws; WHEREAS Council has the authority to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers; WHEREAS City of Etobicoke By-Law 1980-69 appointed Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for the purpose of enforcing any contravention to by-laws; Now therefore, the Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That Section 1 of City of Etobicoke By-Law 1980-69, as amended, be further amended by adding thereto the name AMEEN RAUF. ENACTED AND PASSED this day of , A.D. 1998 .
