BY-LAW No. -1998
To amend former City of Toronto By-law No. 1995-0194, being "A By-law To declare real
property to be surplus to the needs of the City", respecting 35 and 37 Hazelton Avenue.
WHEREAS under the Municipal Act, the sale of a highway, road or road allowance is exempt
from the requirement to obtain an appraisal of the fair market value of the property;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. By-law No. 1995-0194 of the former City of Toronto, being "A By-law To declare real
property to be surplus to the needs of the City", is amended:
(1) By inserting in columns 1 and 2 respectively, of Schedule "A" (Surplus Property) the
following:
