To acquire a limited interest in and over lands
for drainage easement purposes - Wychwood Park.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the City of Toronto authorized an application
for the expropriation of a limited interest at its meeting held on August 21, 1997 by its adoption of
Clause 16, City Services Committee Report No. 10, as amended, which report was further amended
by the adoption of Clause 55 of Executive Committee Report No. 25 on December 8, 1997;
WHEREAS notice of an application to the Council of the City of Toronto for approval to
expropriate the limited interest described below for drainage easement purposes has been served
upon the registered owners thereof and has been published pursuant to the provisions of the
Expropriations Act;
WHEREAS no notification in writing of a desire for a hearing has been received and the time
for giving notice has expired; and
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Toronto approved the application and authorized the
appropriate City Officials to take the necessary actions to effect the expropriation of the interest;
The Council of the City of Toronto ENACTS as follows:
1. A limited interest in the lands described by Walter Kowalenko, City Surveyor, as follows:
In the City of Toronto, in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and Province of Ontario, being
composed of part of Lot 6 on the north side of Davenport Road according to Plan No. 854 registered
in the Land Registry Office for the Metropolitan Toronto Registry Division (No. 64), designated
as Part 13 on a plan of survey deposited in the said Land Registry Office as 63R-4740,
is expropriated and taken for drainage easement purposes.
