To amend the former City of Toronto Municipal Code Ch. 400, Traffic and Parking,
respecting the implementation of alternate side parking on a year round basis on Rains
Avenue.
The Council of The City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Municipal Code Chapter 400, Traffic and Parking, of the former City of Toronto is
amended as follows:
A. By inserting in § 400-40A(1.1) following the Millicent Street entries, the following:
Rains Avenue, west side, Melita Avenue to Davenport Road, between
the first day to the 15th day of each month, inclusive
Rains Avenue, east side, Melita Avenue to Davenport Road, between
the 16th day to the last day of each month, inclusive
ENACTED and PASSED this ______ day of ______________, A.D. 1998.
