To amend By-law no. 30518 of the former City of North York, as amended.
The Council of The City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" of By-Law Number 30518 of the former City of North
York, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting from Columns 1 and 2 the
following:

Cummer AveImmediately east of Simeon Ct
2. That Schedule "A" of By-Law Number 30518 of the former City of North
York, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding from Columns 1 and 2 the
following:

Cummer AveImmediately east of Ruddington Dr
3. That this by-law does not become effective until signs have been erected
and are on display in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Transportation of
Ontario.
