		Authority: North York Community Council Report No. 4, Clause 39 Intended for first presentation to Council: April 15, 1998 Adopted by Council: CITY OF TORONTO Bill No. 163 BY-LAW No. To provide for the temporary closure to vehicular traffic on Brookfield Road for the purpose of conducting an annual community fair. The Council of The City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That Brookfield Road, as shown on the plan attached hereto as Schedule "A", be and the same is temporarily closed from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 1998, for the purpose of conducting an annual community fair. 2. During the time of the temporary closure, there shall be no use except under the authority of a permit issued by the Commissioner of Works and Emergency Services.
