The Council of The City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. That Ridley Boulevard, as shown on the plan attached hereto as Schedule "A", be and the same is temporarily closed from Bombay Avenue to Sandringham Drive on Monday, May 18, 1998, for the purpose of conducting a street party. 2. During the time of the temporary closure, there shall be no use except under the authority of a permit issued by the Commissioner of Works and Emergency Services.
