BY-LAW No.



To Amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law No. 6752,

as amended, of the former Township of East York.



WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law; and whereas Council of the City of Toronto has provided adequate information to the public and has held at least one public meeting in accordance with the Planning Act;



The Council of City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:



1. Zoning By-law No. 6752, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new sentence 8.C.3.c)(ii)(2)(c) immediately following sentence 8.C.3.c)(ii)(2)(c) as follows:



8.C.3.c)(ii)(2)(c) Restaurant and Restaurant Take-out located within a home improvement Retail Warehouse having a maximum Gross Floor Area of 93 m2, provided that the area devoted to food preparation and food service does not exceed a Gross Floor Area of 48 m2.
