To amend by-law No. 88-1998 respecting the acquisitions of certain interests in land

for or in connection with the Rapid Transit Expansion Program (R.T.E.P.)

1.Section 3 of By-law No. 88-1998, a by-law ATo acquire certain interests in land for or in connection with the Rapid Transit Expansion Program (R.T.E.P.)@, is amended by substituting the word ALands@ in the first line with the text Alands municipally known as 18-26 Poyntz Avenue being Lots 762 to 769 and part Lot 770, Plan 1743, as confirmed by the Boundaries Act Plan BA-582, registered as Plan 9774 as Instrument No. 666980, and@, and by inserting the text Acommencing on the date on which possession is obtained@ after the word Amonths@ in the second line.
